the avery hotel & Brasserie

historic rehabilitation and renovation

The Avery Hotel and Brasserie is an historic rehabilitation and renovation project in downtown Boise. The first floor of the 1910 building, originally a theater then the Bouquet Bar for decades, had been empty since the early 2000s; the three floors above, formerly the Manitou Hotel, abandoned since 1971. The Avery, rehabilitated to national standards for historic preservation and completed in 2023, features two restaurants and a 39-room boutique hotel.
